The construction process is monitored and recorded with all the data archived with our CLT element supplier partners which enables us to have complete supervision of the quality of our CLT material installation on Slovene territory and ensure maximum long-term satisfaction of our customers.

The basic warranty for our CLT construction is 10 years.

CLT (cross-laminated timber) panels

are constructed from cross laminated wood.

CLT with its incredible construction characteristics presents the most modern construction method in the wood industry.

It allows for precise and effortless use and has been used in construction since 1998. More than 15 years ago, a nine-story apartment building was built in England, which gained CLT recognition and approval from professionals in the industry.

Valued all around the world

Cross-laminated wood construction is used more and more each year and has found itself rivaling classic steel and concrete construction in popularity. In Europe, wooden structures as tall as 80 meters are being built, and there are some around the world that reach as high as 14 stories. Alongside single-apartment houses CLT is increasingly used in construction of public facilities. CLT technology has convinced even the most cautious investors of its quality and reliability. Not only that, we’re already seeing hybrid constructions where the technical advantages of wood are paired with concrete and steel.

Responsible to the environment

Wood is a natural construction material and needs only sunlight and water to come into existence. Due to this natural origin, construction in wood doesn’t produce large amounts of greenhouse gases. Wooden structures boast one of the best greenhouse gas ratings. Additionally, wood is entirely recyclable which makes the use of wood in construction ecologically responsible.

»In one hour, Slovenia grows enough wood to build 19.4 single-family massive wood houses.«

Wood is the oldest construction material. It’s environmentally friendly and offers a healthy living environment. Because of its technical attributes, architects have grown fond of it – it allows them to let their imagination run wild and be even more expressive when designing a building – or your dream house.
