DEVELOPMENT OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS
We develop real estate projects independently or with partners according to the principles of joint ventures – this business model is an established practice in the development of real estate projects. It enables the pooling of financial resources and knowledge, achieving higher added value and sharing of risk between partners.
The most common forms of partnership:
- The business partner invests the land and we provide the funds for the development and construction of the real estate project and carry it out.
- The business partner invests the funds, we provide the appropriate project (type of property, amount of investment, level of risk and desired return).
- We take part in real estate projects that are in the process of development or construction, wherein the project is in need of recapitalization or takeover by a new partner to successfully reach completion.
- We are also open to other forms of collaboration.
We are mainly interested in co-investment or partner investments in smaller real estate projects (between 1 and 3 million EUR in sales value). The intended use of the buildings is residential.

We also provide an appropriate warranty for all construction materials, taking into account the conditions of the execution.
EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS
We cannot imagine the construction of wooden buildings without the necessary construction works needed to put our buildings on a solid foundation slab. For our clients, we undertake and carry out all necessary construction work, following the guidelines and requirements for the implementation of foundation slabs for low-energy wooden structures. We act in accordance with the guidelines for wooden construction and guarantee proper installation and an unconditional warranty for the work performed for the duration of the warranty – 10 years.
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE
For real estate projects, we carry out marketing through our employees with a real estate brokerage license. By doing so, we want to confirm our proper and professional commitment to the entirety of the sales consulting process and enable a secure purchase without unnecessary additional costs and commissions of real estate brokerage.
